My Story…

Throughout my life, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through some of their most meaningful transitions. Whether working in non-profits, childcare, or real estate, my greatest joy has always been helping families navigate the many seasons of life with care and connection.

After the profound and transformative experience of welcoming my two children, Emilia and Elias, I felt a deep calling to pursue certification as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. The positive impact of my own birth experiences inspired me to help other mothers approach labor, birth, and postpartum with confidence, peace, and support.

As I worked with more women, I often found myself thinking, “If only I could have started supporting her sooner.” That realization, coupled with my own experience of miscarriage after my second child, led me to further my education with a Fertility Doula Certification. My goal became to support women even before conception—to walk with them through fertility challenges, recurrent loss, or assisted reproductive journeys like IVF—with compassion, knowledge, and individualized care.

Today, as the founder of Labor of Love Doula Services, my mission is to walk alongside women and families through one of life’s most sacred seasons—empowering them to embrace birth and motherhood with grace, strength, and joy. I am deeply passionate about helping women find harmony between their individual, married, maternal, and spiritual selves—believing wholeheartedly that with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement, every woman can thrive in all aspects of her life.
